Update Email Address for WooCommerce Orders

Here we will cover how to update the recipient email for WooCommerce orders, including new orders, canceled orders, and failed orders.

Updating the recipient email will change the email address that notifications regarding these order statuses go to.

Changing these settings is essential if the orders are managed through multiple channels of communication, or if the WordPress admin email is not the correct email address for order status updates.

What to do or how to resolve:

1. Log into WordPress
2. In the left side panel, hover over WooCommerce and click Settings
   
3. Click on the Emails tab
   
4. Click the Manage button for the order type that needs to be updated
   
5. Update the email address(es) in the Recipient(s) field
   
   TIP: Multiple recipient email addresses can be entered as a comma-separated list.
   EXAMPLE: email@domain.com, email2@domain.com, email3@domain.com
6. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page
