These are steps on how to configure WP Mail SMTP with the cPanel Server settings.
This is the recommended plugin if you are experiencing email errors such as WooCommerce SMTP Error: Data not accepted, as well as email going to spam, undelivered, or bounced back using WordPress' inherent PHPMailer.

Locating SMTP Settings
- Log into cPanel
- In "Email" section, click Email Accounts
- Click Connect Devices next to email account you want the SMTP settings for
- Make sure to use Secure SSL/TLS Settings
Setting up WP Mail SMTP
- After installing WP Mail SMTP using Install a WordPress Plugin, you will be able to launch the Launch Wizard in the settings
- Click on Plugins in the WordPress Dashboard
- Under Installed Plugins locate WP Mail SMTP from the plugin list and click on Activate
- Then click on Settings after the page refreshes
- Scroll down and click on Launch Setup Wizard
- Click on Let's Get Started
- In Choose Your SMTP Mailer, click on Other SMTP then click on Save & Continue
- In Configure Mailer Settings, for the SMTP Port, use the Outgoing server from your Email Connection Settings
- SMTP Encryption should be set to SSL

SMTP Port should be set to 465

AutoTLS should be set to Enable

Authentication should be set to Enable, using your domain's Email Address and Password
- For From Name and From Email, make sure to click From Name
- Next will be selections for WP Mail SMTP
- Please make the choices you would like, then click Save & Continue
- WP Mail SMTP will check the configuration to make sure the settings allow a valid connection
