World seeds in Minecraft are alphanumeric codes used during world creation to determine a generated world's initial layout and features. Each seed produces a unique landscape, including biomes, terrain structures, and even villages, temples, and strongholds.
Players can use specific seeds to recreate favorite landscapes, find particular resources, or create challenging or interesting worlds to explore. Sharing seeds allows others to experience the same generated world, making seeds a way to share unique gaming experiences or facilitate consistent multiplayer adventures.
Here we explain how to use a custom world seed on a Minecraft Server Hosting plan. This is useful if users want to play in a specific world with a specific content creator or a friend.
