Here we cover what to do if you are not receiving any emails from a specific address or domain and you have not blacklisted them. The error received is, "Could not complete sender verify callout." The error is visible in the Exim log or under Track Delivery in the cPanel and may appear as follows

Sender verification callouts are a system used to determine whether the received emails are spam by requesting verification from the sender, however, if the sending mail server has ports closed or is otherwise unresponsive this can cause legitimate emails to be rejected. Sender Verification Callouts can be disabled from Root WHM.

- Log into Root WHM
- Navigate to Exim Configuration Manager, located in the Service Configuration section
- From the Basic Editor tab, select the Mail tab
- Locate Sender Verification Callouts
- Set to Off
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save
