How to Update the Primary Email Address for the Account

Summary:

Steps to follow to update the primary email address on an account in AMP. This email is where all company emails will be sent to and what the username for logging into AMP is.

Request or Inquiry:

• Not able to log into AMP
• Change the login email for Account Management Panel

What to do or how to resolve:

1. In AMP, hover over My Account to display a drop-down menu
2. Select Login & Security
3. Select Username & Password
4. Type the new email address in the New Email field
5. Select Update Email
   NOTE: A confirmation email will be sent to the existing email address as a security precaution.
