Here we detail the process when you have a new email or want to change who receives the emails from IMH.
We cover how to update the primary email address on an account in the Account Management Panel(AMP) when you are still able to log in. This email is where all company emails will be sent to and what the username for logging into AMP is.
If you are unable to log into your AMP, contact us via chat to assist you.
Update the Primary Email
- While in AMP, hover over the My Account tab and select Login & Security
- Select Username & Password
- Type the new email address in the New Email field

Select Update Email
NOTE: A confirmation email will be sent to the existing email address as a security precaution.
