This article covers how to initiate a domain transfer to move a domain away from InMotion to a new registrar of your choosing and need your domain’s EPP Code, also known as an Authorization Code.
Be advised that a domain can not be transferred within the first 60 days of the initial registration purchase. Additionally, if the domain is within 14 days of expiration and has not been renewed, the transfer will likely be declined by the losing registrar and will require renewal before the transfer can proceed. This is to avoid the loss of the domain while attempting to transfer the domain.
