When you need to update or change an existing credit card used for billing purposes on your account, you can do so via your Account Management Panel(AMP).
We are going to review the steps you will use to add a new credit card or to update your credit card in your Account Management Panel (AMP). Our system only allows for an account to have five credit cards on file at any one time, so if you need to add one and are at five, you will first need to delete one.
When you add a new credit card, keep in mind it will not automatically be assigned for use on future auto-renewals of bill items that come due on your account.

Add New or Update Current
- In AMP, hover over the Billing tab and select Manage Payment Method
OR click Update Credit Card on My Account Page - If you simply need to make edits to an existing card on file
- Click View More/Edit next to the card needing modification
- Click Edit to open the card details
- Update the information as needed
- If you need to review/update the billing address, simply uncheck the box next to Use current account address as billing address and the address fields will appear
- Once you have entered the new information and confirmed it, click Save to finalize the process
- Click View More/Edit next to the card needing modification
- If you need to add a new card on file
- Click Add New Credit Card
- Enter the new card details, ensuring the billing address for that card is correct
- If you need to review/update the billing address, simply uncheck the box next to Use current account address as billing address and the address fields will appear
- Once you have entered the new information and confirmed it, click Save to finalize the process
- If needed, you will now be given an option to Delete a Credit Card for one of the two cards as we require a card on file for renewals
- Click Add New Credit Card
