AutoSSL Not Installing - Domain Covered By Another SSL

If there is a different non-AutoSSL SSL certificate on a domain, AutoSSL will not work.  This will cause the site to display a security or privacy error, or an invalid certificate warning. In order to use AutoSSL, the solution is to uninstall the other certificate and rerun AutoSSL.

Remove Certificate

1. Confirm AutoSSL would cover the domain
   NOTE: Confirm the domain's DNS A record is pointed here and not being redirected.  If either is false, AutoSSL will fail.
2. Log Into into cPanel
3. Click SSL/TLS Status, located in the Security section
4. Click View Certificate by the relevant domain
5. Click Uninstall for the relevant domain
6. Navigate back to SSL/TLS Status
7. Click Run AutoSSL
8. Assuming there are no further issues, within 20 minutes, an AutoSSL certificate should cover the domain
