How to request the delisting of a mail IP that is blacklisted by Barracuda. Useful if emails sent to Barracuda domains bounce.

- Confirm IP is blacklisted by following the link in the bounce back
- Review if the server is sending spam
- Begin a malware scan on the server
NOTE: The scan must complete first to confirm there are no hacks or malware. If hacks are present, they must be resolved with a security professional first before proceeding with a delisting request. - If no indication of spamming or malware, proceed with the delisting request
TIP: Submit a delisting request by following the specific instructions provided by Barracuda.
NOTE: The email on the form has to be an accessible email address.
ADVISE: It can take up to 48 hours for Barracuda to review and delist the mail IP. Barracuda will send a follow-up email within 24-48 hours confirming the IP has been removed from their blocklist.
