How to request the delisting of a mail IP that is blacklisted by Earthlink. Useful if emails are bouncing back from EarthLink. A possible bounce back may appear as

- Review if the server is sending spam
- Confirm the IP is blacklisted by Earthlink
- If blacklisted
- Begin a malware scan on the server
NOTE: The scan must complete first to confirm there are no hacks or malware. If hacks are present, they must be resolved with a security professional first before proceeding to a delisting request. - If the scan comes back clean, request delisting
ADVISE: It can take up to 48 hours for Earthlink to review and delist their mail IP. Earthlink will send a follow-up email within 24-48 hours confirming the IP has been removed from their blocklist.

- Set up a hostname and PTR Record
