Enable/Renew AutoSSL on Shared Server

These steps explain how to set up free AutoSSL on shared hosting by enabling the feature through the Account Management Panel (AMP) and then manually running the check within cPanel. 

This process will allow you to install an SSL certificate on your domains pointed to the InMotion Hosting server at no cost.  

Setup AutoSSL Coverage

1. On the My Account page in AMP, locate and click the Manage Free Basic SSL icon
   
2. On the left will be a list of domains that are eligible for the free AutoSSL
   NOTE: A domain must be pointed to us and added to your cPanel or WHM to be eligible for the free SSL.
3. Locate the toggle button half-way down the screen
   1. If it is off, click On to enable the SSL
      
4. Log into cPanel
5. Navigate to SSL/TLS Status, located in the Security section
6. Click Run AutoSSL
   
   NOTE: AutoSSL may take up to 20-30 minutes to install.
   TIP: If a domain is newly registered it may take up to 24 hours to fully propagate and may experience issues if AutoSSL attempts to run in this timeframe. Confirm the domain registration has fully propagated prior to performing the above steps.
