SSL/TLS Status allows the cPanel user to activate and run AutoSSL from the cPanel. If the SSL/TLS Status page is not visible in a child account's cPanel, regardless of SSL/TLS Status being included in the Package's Feature list, ensuring cPanel is managing AutoSSL and enabling "Allow cPanel users to install SSL Hosts" from Tweak Settings in Root WHM will resolve this issue.
