This guide goes into how to force SSL/HTTPS on cPanel services such as cPanel and Webmail.
Root WHM access is required to complete the following steps outlined below.
Force SSL/HTTPS
IMPORTANT: This solution will require root access. If this needs to be obtained, follow the guide on requesting root access.
- Log into Root WHM
- Navigate to Tweak Settings, located in the Server Configuration section
- Search for Require SSL for cPanel Services, located in the Security tab
- Click On for Require SSL for cPanel Services
- Scroll down and click Save
