Here we discuss root-level access on Shared hosting plans. If you are requesting Root Access on a Shared Hosting environment, be aware that the privileges are unable to be granted.

We are unable to grant root access on a shared server environment as any changes made at the root level will affect all accounts on the server, including the accounts of other customers.

If root access is needed, please consider upgrading to a VPS or Dedicated Server hosting plan.
