Here, we cover the current process for logging into the CWP user or the CWP admin panel from a user's Account Management Panel (AMP).
In the existing process for accessing the CWP user or admin panel from AMP, users are directed to the login page via the respective buttons. As of now, there isn't an automatic login feature integrated between AMP and CWP.
At this point, you are required to manually set a password and log in, ensuring a secure authentication process.
Log into CWP User
NOTE: In the existing process for accessing the CWP User Panel from AMP, users are directed to the login page. As of now, there isn't an automatic login feature integrated between AMP and CWP.
- Log into AMP
- Click on the CWP User Panel button
- Confirm that you are taken to the CWP User login page
IMPORTANT: If you are taken to a cPanel login page instead of CWP, reach out to Technical Support. - Enter your credentials and log in
TIP: If needed, you can reset the password by providing the username and email address associated with the account with the Recover password option. If you are attempting to log into the primary CWP user and can't remember the password, you can reset it with the Reset CWP Password tool in AMP.
TIP: The username can be found in your Account Technical Details.
Log into CWP Admin

- Log into AMP
- Click on the CWP Admin Panel button
- Confirm that you are taken to the CWP Admin login page
IMPORTANT: If you are taken to a cPanel login page instead of CWP, reach out to Technical Support. - Enter your credentials and log in
TIP: The username will usually be set to root. If you need to reset your password, you can reset it with the Change Root Password tool in AMP.
