Download Emails in Roundcube

These steps explain how to download emails in the Webmail client, Roundcube.  Emails can be downloaded individually or in a compressed ZIP format.

NOTE: The Download button is enabled on our Shared servers. If you are using a VPS or Dedicated plan, the Roundcube zipdownload plugin will first need to be enabled.

Download Individual Emails

1. Login to to your email account.
2. Select the email you want to download.
3. Click the More button.
4. If there is an Export button
   1. Click the Export button.
      
5. If there is a Download button
   1. Click the Download button.
   2. Choose the Source (.eml) option.

Download Emails as ZIP

1. Login to to your email account.
2. Select the emails you want to download.
3. Click the More button
4. Click the Download button
   1. Choose the Mbox format or Maildir format
