IMPORTANT: This guide requires you have Cloudflare enabled on your site.
Whitelist User Agent
- Log in to your Cloudflare dashboard, and select your account and domain.

Click on Security > Security Rules.
NOTE: If prompted, choose the new Cloudflare Dashboard. - Click Create Rule > Custom Rules.

Fill out the form with the required information.
- Rule Name: Whitelist User Agent.
- Field: User Agent.
- Operator: Equals.

Value: The User Agent you want to whitelist.
TIP: To whitelist GoogleBot Desktop, you would paste in Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Googlebot/2.1; +http://www.google.com/bot.html) - Choose Action: Skip.
- WAF Components to Skip: Select all checkboxes.
- Click Deploy.
