cPanel/WHM won't load, showing the error: read of CDB_File failed: Protocol error at... Resolve by rebuilding the locale database.

Resolving CDB_File Error

1. SSH into the appropriate server as root
2. Move the existing locale database with

   mv /var/cpanel/locale /var/cpanel/bad_locale

3. Rebuild the locale database by running

   /usr/local/cpanel/bin/build_locale_databases -–force

4. Log into cPanel/WHM
