If Softaculous shows an installation as disabled, the files and database may still exist. If this is the case, it is a simple process to repair this installation.

Repair Disabled Script
IMPORTANT: If all installations show as disabled, reach out to support to check the Softaculous license status.
- Log into the appropriate cPanel
- Click on Softaculous Apps Installer located in the Software section
- In the top right corner, click the Box icon that shows All installations (next to the cPanel logo)
- Locate the website that needs installation removed under Disabled Scripts Installations
- On the right-hand side, click red X to uninstall
- Uncheck Remove Directory, Remove Database, Remove Database User, and any other important pieces of data as some software will have more options
CAUTION: If these are left checked, the site database and files will be permanently deleted. We don't want to delete the data. We just want to remove and reimport the installation into Softaculous. - Locate and choose the application just removed in the Softaculous dashboard
EXAMPLE: If a WordPress site was removed, choose WordPress to reinstall. - Follow the directions to import the installation into Softaculous
