The cPanel Disk Usage utility can report "Other Usage" and it may not be apparent what these files are, or where they are. Two common types of miscellaneous files are items in trash folders and items outside of a user's home directory but owned by that user.
This article will explain how to determine this Other Usage on VPS+ as well as Shared servers.

- SSH into the server as root
- Run the following command
find / -user userna5 -size +1G | xargs du -sh
