NOTE: While uncommon, it is possible that your Internet Service Provider, ISP, may be blocking access to port 21, the FTP port. We do not block access to these services on our hosting plans by default. If you have a VPS or dedicated server with us, these ports are open unless we have been asked to close them or move FTP to another port. For our shared hosting plans, port 21 is always open. - If you're still having trouble connecting via FTP to your account, please contact our Technical Support team for further assistance, and we will be more than happy to help
