Email account greylisting is a service to reduce inbound spam by delaying delivery of suspected spam email. Here we cover how greylisting can be enabled or disabled from cPanel if email delivery is delayed and the email account does not use SpamExperts.
Manage Greylisting
- Navigate to Configure Greylisting, located in the Email section
NOTE: This is only available if the account is NOT using SpamExperts. If using SpamExperts this icon will not appear. - Locate the appropriate domain to modify
- In the Status column, select On or Off
