MySQL is the most popular open source SQL database management system and is used by many popular website applications, such as WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.

Add User
- Log into cPanel
- Select MySQL Databases, located under the Databases section
- Scroll to the MySQL Users section
A. If you've already created a user, skip to step 4
B. If you need to create a new user, fill in the Username and Password fields and select Create User
- Scroll to the Add User To Database section
- Select the User and Database from the applicable drop-down menus and click the Add button
- Click the checkbox beside ALL PRIVILEGES or manually select which privileges you wish to grant to the user
C. Click Make Changes to save
- Select the User and Database from the applicable drop-down menus and click the Add button
