Create PostgreSQL User in cPanel

This guide explains the process of creating a PostgreSQL user in cPanel on shared hosting.  Once created you will want to assign the user to a PostgreSQL database on the server.

1. Log into cPanel
2. Click PostgreSQL Databases. You may need to scroll to see the menu item.
   
   
3. Locate Add New User
4. Specify the Username and Password
5. Click Create User
