This article explains how to set up a country IP blacklist/whitelist using cPHulk in Root WHM. This will allow you to block or allow connections from entire country IP ranges.

IMPORTANT: This solution will require root access. If this needs to be obtained, follow the guide on requesting root access.
- Log into Root WHM
- Navigate to cPHulk Brute Force Protection, located in the Security Center section

- Toggle switch to On to Enable cPHulk, if not already enabled

- Click the Countries Management tab on the cPHulk Brute Force Protection page

- You will see a list of countries, type the country you want to whitelist or blacklist in the search field
- You can then click the Whitelisted or Blacklisted option as needed

- You are finished when you see a message stating “Country whitelist and blacklist updated.“
