Change DNS at Cloudflare

Here we discuss how to change DNS records that are managed at Cloudflare.  The nameserver values for a domain will determine where DNS records are managed.  In this case, nameservers set to Cloudflare values for a domain will require that any DNS adjustments be made in the Cloudflare DNS Zone.

  1. Verify that the DNS is pointing to Cloudflare
  2. To update DNS at Cloudflare refer to Cloudflare's Support Article: Managing DNS records in Cloudflare
    TIP: If default InMotion Hosting DNS records are needed to provide to Cloudflare, they can be retrieved in cPanel under Zone Editor.
