Steps to Resolve
- Log into cPanel
- Locate the Software section
- Click the Softaculous Apps Installer icon
- Hover your mouse over BoldGrid, and click the Install option that appears
- Choose the protocol
- Select the domain you are installing BoldGrid to from the Choose Domain dropdown menu
- The option In Directory specifies whether the new installation is being installed to the base document root or a subdirectory within it
- To install directly to the domains docroot, leave this option blank
- To install to a subdirectory within the domains docroot, type in the name of the new subdirectory only, ensuring the directory has not already been created
NOTE: When installing to a subdirectory, ensure that / is not used before the name.
