Steps to Resolve

1. Log into cPanel
2. Locate the Software section
3. Click the Softaculous Apps Installer icon
4. Hover your mouse over BoldGrid, and click the Install option that appears
5. Choose the protocol
6. Select the domain you are installing BoldGrid to from the Choose Domain dropdown menu
7. The option In Directory specifies whether the new installation is being installed to the base document root or a subdirectory within it
   1. To install directly to the domains docroot, leave this option blank
   2. To install to a subdirectory within the domains docroot, type in the name of the new subdirectory only, ensuring the directory has not already been created
      NOTE: When installing to a subdirectory, ensure that / is not used before the name.
