In Minecraft, worlds are procedurally generated virtual landscapes where players embark on their adventures. These worlds consist of various biomes, terrains, and structures, ranging from lush forests and expansive oceans to towering mountains and hidden caves.
A new world may need to be created to generate a specific world type or seed. This article will go over how to generate a new world.
Create New World
- Log into the Game Management Panel
- Locate and double-click the Minecraft Instance
- Ensure the instance status is Stopped
- Navigate to File Manager
- Ensure there is no world folder
TIP: If there is, the world folder will first need to be deleted for a new world to be created. - Navigate back to the Status page by clicking on the Status option in the panel on the left
- Click Start
NOTE: This process can take a few minutes, as it is generating an entirely new world, and in special cases like modpacks, it may take even longer.
