Accessing AWStats
IMPORTANT: AWStats is not 100% accurate and does not integrate well with NGINX. As such, it is unavailable on our Ultrastack hosting and may provide inaccurate information on VPS hosting or higher if NGINX is installed. Proxy services such as Cloudflare may also cause AWStats to display inaccurate results.
- Log into the appropriate cPanel
- Navigate to AWStats, located in the Metrics section
- Select the specific website to view traffic/viewers on
TIP: Use the domain.com (SSL) option if the site is using https:// - In the left-hand sidebar, click the Viewed option to see the list of pages and associated viewers
NOTE: There are many different ways to view visitor statistics in AWStats. All of the options on the AWStats menu offer different information, so if the exact information needed isn't in Viewed, it may be in another section of AWStats.
