SPF (Sender Policy Framework) records specify which servers are authorized to send email from your domain. This means that only mail sent through an authorized server will appear as valid mail from your domain when the SPF records are checked. If sent emails are being bounced back or arriving in the junk/spam folders of your recipients, it is suggested to double-check this record. This article provides information to add or view the existing SPF record in cPanel.
