Enabling WebDav for cPanel

In this guide, we go over the process on enabling CalDav or WebDisk, commonly referred to by cPanel as WebDav, on your server. cPanel's DAV Daemon must be enabled in Root WHM and will then be accessible within cPanel.

Enable WebDav

IMPORTANT: This solution will require root access. If this needs to be obtained, follow the guide on requesting root access.

NOTE: Calendaring Extensions to WebDAV, or CalDAV, is an Internet standard allowing a client to access scheduling information on a remote server. It extends WebDAV specification and uses iCalendar format for the data.

1. Log into Root WHM
2. Click on Service Manager in the Service Configuration area of Root WHM
3. Find cPanel DAV Daemon and ensure enabled is checked
   
4. Scroll down, and click the Save button to save changes
   
5. When logging into cPanel, you should now see Web Disk under the Files section and Calendar and Contacts under the E-mail section
