At any time you are able to add additional information onto Open tickets. This is helpful if you have continued troubleshooting on your own, have thought of additional questions, and more.

Add to Open Ticket
- While on the My Account page in AMP, locate and select the Submit Support Ticket icon
OR Click the icon in the top-right corner of AMP - On the Get Support page, click Manage My Tickets
- Look through your submitted requests and click on the one you would like to add to
- Click the box labeled Add to the conversation
- You can then fill in your details as needed or add/drop files to attach them
- Click the Submit button
