Email a Chat Transcript

When contacting support via chat, there is an option to email yourself a transcript.

The email will be sent to the primary email address on file for your account, or the email address submitted to start the chat if you are not logged in.

Email Transcript

1. From the chat window, click the ellipsis icon in the bottom right to view more options
2. Click the Email Transcript button
