Here, we cover how to purchase Backup Manager and Additional space for Backup Manager from your Account Management Panel (AMP).
At this time, we do not provide courtesy backups. To have access to backups, you will need to purchase Backup Manager and, if needed, additional space for Backup Manager to be able to run.
Backup Manager will make a comprehensive backup of your cPanel account every few days, and if needed, restoration is simple and built-in. The backups are then stored on external servers; that way, if something happens to your account or server, the data is stored somewhere unaffected by the issue!

- Log into your Account Management Panel (AMP)

Select the Marketplace menu option

Click on Automated Backups
- Select the account to apply Backup Manager to from the drop-down
- Click on Add to Cart
NOTE: You can only click on this if Backup Manager is not on the account.
IMPORTANT: Backup Manager is tied to the term length of the hosting plan, and the pricing details can be found above the Add to Cart button.
TIP: The initial Backup Manager purchase includes 10GB of backup space and bills in sync with your hosting plan. If more space is needed, additional space, or blocks, can be purchased at any time and sold in 10GB blocks.- If more backup space is required
- Use the slider to select the amount of additional backup space
- Click on Add to Cart
- If more backup space is required

Click on Continue to Cart in the brief popup message to access the cart
TIP: You can also select the cart icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select the desired payment method
- Click on Order
