Change Email Defer Limit on VPS+

These steps detail changing the email defer limit on VPS/Dedicated servers. This requires going into Tweak Settings in Root WHM. Raising this setting will increase the number of allowed deferred messages before sending is blocked.

Adjust Deferral Limits

IMPORTANT: This solution will require root access. If this needs to be obtained, follow the guide on requesting root access.

1. Log into Root WHM
2. Navigate to Tweak Settings in the Server Configuration area
   
   
3. Click the Mail tab and scroll down to find Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages a domain may send per hour and Number of failed or deferred messages a domain may send before protections can be triggered
   
   
4. Increase the percentage and the number of failed or deferred messages to the desired number
5. Scroll all the way down and click Save
