Whitelisting an email address can help stop legitimate emails from being blocked for reasons such as poor authentication and being labeled as spam.
This process will require access to cPanel.

- Log into cPanel

Locate Spam Filters under the Email section

Scroll down the page and click on Show Additional Configurations

Click on Edit Spam Whitelist Settings

In the box next to "whitelist_from", enter the email address that needs to be added to the whitelist
TIP: SpamAssassin supports wildcard filtering. All email addresses from a domain can be whitelisted using *@domain.com. All subdomains can be whitelisted using *.domain.com.
REPLACE: domain.com with the correct domain. - Click the Update Whitelist (whitelist_from) button
