- Log into cPanel
- Navigate to Spam Filters, located in the Email section
- Scroll down to Additional Configurations (For Advanced Users)
- Click Show Additional Configurations
- Go to Blacklist (Emails Never Allowed)
- Click on Edit Spam Blacklist Settings
- Click + Add a new "blacklist _from" item
- Enter the domain or email account that is to be blacklisted
- Click Update Blacklist (blacklist_from) button
