These steps explain how to correct missing email folders in the Webmail clients Horde or Roundcube. Access to cPanel or the ability to log into Webmail directly will be needed to complete the following steps.

- Log into cPanel
- Locate the Email section and click on Email Accounts
- Locate the email account and click on Check Email
- If not automatically logged into the account, click Open for Roundcube or Horde on the Webmail homepage
- The following steps explain the Roundcube method for correcting missing folders
- In RoundCube, click Settings in the column to the left
- Next, click Folders
- Click the toggle switches next to the folders that need to be subscribed to
- Select the Mail button at the top right of the page to go back to the mailbox
- In RoundCube, click Settings in the column to the left

- In Horde on the left-hand side, click on Folder Actions
- Click the Show all Mailboxes option from the drop-down
- Unsubscribed folders will show italicized
- Right-click on the folder that needs to be seen and click the Subscribe option
- Click OK in the pop-up window
- In Horde on the left-hand side, click on Folder Actions
- The following steps explain the Roundcube method for correcting missing folders
- Missing folders should now appear
- If email(s) are still not there, they will likely need to be restored
TIP: Use Backup Manager to restore email content.
