In WHM, an account owned by root may be missing under List Accounts if WHM is being accessed as the primary cPanel account. While the root user can see all accounts, each reseller cPanel can only see the accounts it owns.
This guide explains how to view the accounts in Root WHM in order to determine if any are owned by root or another reseller. If so, the account ownership can be modified, allowing the cPanel account to be visible to the correct WHM user.
